In case you have Number from 7-12 get the Form 11. this will lead you to Form 3,4 or 5 where you return to form 11 again on the second page, which guides you to Form 13. From 13 to 19 from 19 to 21 and from their you may decide going back to page 11b; 11c; 20j; 20a1;20ab2 or 6. This guides you through the Numbers from 1 to 30 in revers but in the direction of the alphabet (for instance form 30 comes before 29e before 29d before 29c before 29c and so on). You may skip this ones you had have filled any ways before.
